In its life it became a large mural of a gate doorway surround. What indians call a torana. A false front entrance .
(Typicly used for glitzy trash pantomine of the econonic institution of weddings)
In that form the 23 panels won a paper award in canada.
And was toured to Montreal a d shown in a large church in nova scotia.
The work was shown in seed gallery in auckland aswell in 2016.
I transported the body back to nz
And reworked the concept..because of the flow of individual process was so freeform..and intuitive..like improv jazz
that i listend to Warwick brown when i was artist in residence with him at elerton gallery late 2018..he convinced me they were individual pieces not a mchaon-esque mural.
